1. Besides the terminal and annual examinations there will be midterm examination, class tests and preparatory examination before the annual examination. The result of all these tests and the examinations are taken into consideration for the promotion of a student.
2. All the students should appear for the examination when they are conducted. Excemptions will be granted only for very serious and valid reasons.
3. Perfect order and discipline should be maintained during the tests and examination. If students found guilty of any malpractice will be subjected to stern disciplinary action. No re-exam for any tests or examination shall be conducted as a rule
4. Students shall not be promoted to the next class or admitted to the public examination, unless the student has attended the classes for the required number of working days.
5. You are welcome to meet the Class Teacher and discuss the academic performance of your child time to time.
6. Report Card Signing - All the parents must come on the appointed day to see the progress of your child.
1. All the students should be present in their examination rooms at or before the first bell.
2. As soon as enter the examination room, silence must be observed till the end of the examination.
3. Articles like books, bags etc, should be kept in front of the classrooms before taking the seats. Check that no papers are with you or inside the desks.
4. Every student must try his/her best to maintain calm, peaceful and anxiety free atmosphere that will be conducive in writing the examination. Any student who does not respond to the instructions, will be dealt with as per the rules and regulations of the schools as given in this diary and as the oral instructions given time to time.
5. All the students should bring the necessary requirements needed for the examination. Students will not be allowed to borrow or lend articles during the examination.
6. Hall ticket for the students will be issued only, if the student has completed his/her fees.
7. Read the whole question paper at least once before you begin to answer. Fill in all the details on the answer sheet before starting the paper.
8. Write the question number correctly; underline the important points, draw a line after the completion of the each answer using pencil and the scale.
9. Do not use RED ink for any purpose.
10. If there is any doubt, students should raise their hands and ask the invigilator. Do not clarify any doubts by discussing them with your classmates/companions.
